i bought their ';color sticks'; and i can't get the rest of it out. it's like a plastic crayon and i can't sharpen it... the bottom also twists but nothings happening.Make up help... jane cosmetics?

throw it away and get one from avon, theirs really work well.
It's probably jammed.
Oh. I really like their eye shadow..
It's probably broken or jammed though.
