Like those little bottles of perfume or make up samples that don't require you to make a big purchase to get them. I remember I used to get little chanel perfume samples all the time and other stuff.Are there any department stores that are giving out perfume or cosmetics samples?

Sure ..Dillards will if you ask them and Sears and Origins..and basically any store if you ask them...they are very nice about it...
They still do but you have to go to high ends stores. Like Fields, Sears, Macys etc....
