pack liquids in your luggage, not carry on. The TSA is very strict about liquids in carry ons. small bottles of liquid are permitted in 1 zip lock sandwich bag.

Yes, in checked baggage. They are restricted to small sizes for carry-ons (like a tube of lipstick is okay but a bottle of perfume over 1 ounce is not). I find it's best to put all that stuff in a plastic bag and pack it in your checked suitcase.
