I just made two cosmetic purchases ... I need reviews from you gals!?

recently purchased Benefit Brow Zing in medium ... so far liking it very much, gives a great arch and fill. I have two questions though.

They say it last for a year or two ... but should I still replace it every 6 months?

I have naturally dark brown chocolate hair color .. would the dark brown Brow Zing be too dark? The people at the counter said it would be almost black so they suggested the medium.

Does their pencil work just as good?

And Benefit Posie Tint

Have you tried the original Benetint (the red one) which between the two do you prefer?

Posie or Original?

what do you like best about these cosmetics, do you have any better suggestions.

The best guideline to follow when tossing expired products is first to check for a symbol that looks like an open jar with a number inside the jar. For example, if the product were to be good for six months, the jar would say 6M. However, another guideline to use is to check for changes in the quality of the product. The number is an estimate, because I have mascara that should be good for six months, but my mascara always dries up within three months. 6 to 12 months are good for brow pencils.

Now, the guideline for choosing the color is to go a couple of shades lighter than your hair. Medium should be perfect.

As for Posie versus Original... I like them both, but not on me. Posie looks better on my cheeks than Original, but Original is much better on a friend of mine. If you like it on yourself, keep the Posie.

For the cheekstain suggestions, most people I know prefer Benetint and Posietint, but a few people like the Tarte Cheek Stain (it kind of gets gummy on me, but if you don't wear foundation it shouldn't be a problem. There are different scents for each one, which I like)
